Please read our terms & conditions and if under 18  you MUST get your  parents' permission before entering.

 

  1. THE RULES - No expenses whatsoever will be paid for the contestants’ or family attendance at the 2019 UK final. 

  2. We understand that you may want to book your hotel and transport arrangements at your own cost well in advance. However, we kindly advise parents and finalists, not to book any hotel accommodation or public transport arrangements till you have received your final What Happen Next events pack in the post. We will send your final events pack out at least 3 weeks prior to the UK grand final.

  3. The Model Search UK event organiser have the absolute right to re-scheduled or change the venue and dates for the Model Girl UK grand final.

  4. We ask all contestants & their family to eat before attending the rehearsals and gala event: However, Food can be purchased at the hotel at your own cost

  5. The organizer will take no responsibility for any injury to any UK contestant or supporter or for any loss or damage to the contestant’s or supporter’s belongings during the Upcoming Model Girl contest.
  6. On the day of the UK final, competitors will report to the organizer at the venue and time stated by the organizer (no later).
  7. Competitors must be 20 to 35 for Miss Upcoming Model Girl UK , 13-19 for the Teen Upcoming Model Girl UK, and age 8 to 12 for Mini Upcoming Model Girl UK. All competitors under 18 must fill in a written entry form, have it signed by a parent or guardian. and be accompanied by an adult during the Upcoming Model Girl UK gala evening between 7:30pm and 10:00pm.
  8. Tickets:  The parent or guardian supervising a UK finalist under 18 will get one free pass only, for attendance at the gala evening.

    Please note: to other UK finalist age 18 +     and  wanting  their family or supporters  to attend the gala evening  2019.Your family or supporters  must purchase tickets. Tickets for the gala evening will be on sale at the hotel venue on the night (7pm, limited availability). Please note: the FREE pass is only for one parent or one guardian supervising a minor under 18. T's & C's apply to the free pass. The Gold tickets will be on sale  before the event. And you can buy Standard  tickets at the venue on the night. priced at £25 each for adults & £15 each for children under 10,please note: ( Food is not included in the ticket price).
  9. There are no height or marital status restrictions on  competitors.
  10. All Teen finalists will wear their own set of  eveningwear (long or short evening dress) The dress code can be causal evening wear or formal eveningwear. The MINI Models will wear on the stage Trendy kids  fashion wear or party dress, formal or informal, anything you like, as long as you feel comfortable in it. We advise all contestants to wear knee-length dresses or longer; no mini dresses, high heel shoes, demi shorts, tight jeggings, or belly tops. Please note: This is not a beauty contest.  we advise no make-up, wigs, hair extensions, fake tan, false eyelashes, we are looking for natural models NOT  beauty queens.
  11. The organizer reserves the right to appoint such judges as he decides. 
  12. The  pageant director decision on ALL matters is FINAL & BINDING.
  13. The organizer reserves the right to alter the prizes at his discretion.
  14. The organizer is entitled to use the finalists’ and winners’ name and photographs for publicity related to Upcoming Model Girl UK and Model Search UK.
  15. All contestants and her supporters must conduct themselves in a responsible and sportsmanlike manner.
  16. Please read our T'S & C'S and obtain your parents' permission before entering if under 18.
  17. We don't promise the model winners any modelling work or services. In the case of the Upcoming model 2019 competition our obligations to the winners end when they have received their prizes as the winners on that evening 2019.
  18.  The Free Prize. If you have made your full sponsorship payment, but for any reason you are unable to take part in the UK grand final, you will still be eligible for the free finalist prize. This will be sent to you in the post by Royal Mail recorded delivery after the UK grand final date. (Please note: Due to people moving houses, parcel posting costs, and parcels getting lost in the post. The free prize and sash will only be sent out to you when we have received full confirmation from you of your up-to-date address details). Please note: We can not hold the free prize & sash for an indefinite period. If the parent or finalist can not attend the UK final, the parent or finalist must claim their free prize within six weeks after the  UK final date. If the free prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse. The onus is on you the parent, legal guardian, or the contestant If over 18 to contact us by email (within six weeks after the grand final date) with your up-to-date address details before the free prize can be sent out to you in the royal mail post. If we don’t hear from you within the six weeks period after the UK grand final date, you will lose the free prize and sash.

    • If selected as a UK Finalist for Miss or Mini Upcoming Model Girl UK 2019 the finalist / parent or guardian will need to find a £195 sponsorship to take part in the UK grand final.  Full sponsorship details will be sent out via royal mail in the post to the  finalist, parent or guardian if you are chosen as a UK finalist 2019.

    • Please read our Terms and Conditions and Rules carefully before entering . By entering or registering to the Upcoming  Model Girl UK 2019  event you and the parent or guardian agree to become bound by these Terms and Conditions if the contestant is under 18. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions and the rules, then please do not enter the Miss, Teen or Mini Upcoming Model Girl UK competition or use any of our products or services.
